Coming in ArcGIS 10

ESRI merilis sebuah podcast tentang perubahan versi ArcGIS 9.4 yang kini menjadi ArcGIS 10. Dalam podcast tersebut, Jack Dangermond menjelaskan perubahan nama tersebut. Perubahan versi ini juga menjelaskan bahwa versi 9.3 dan sebelumnya dan versi 10 nantinya adalah berbeda, terutama dari sisi GUI.
Peningkatan pada ArcGIS 10 nantinya, tidak jauh dengan apa yang pernah di posting sebelumnya tentang sembilan inovasi di ArcGIS 9.4. Diantaranya ArcCatalog yang menyatu dengan ArcMap, terdapat fungsi tab pada tabel attibute, kecepatan dalam me-render data raster.berikut penjelasan Esri :

The ArcGIS 10 beta release is now available. ArcGIS 10 is expected to be available in the second quarter of 2010.
